ACH files stay in your browser
The free validator reads the file with browser code on your device. ACHReady does not upload or store raw ACH records, names, routing numbers, account numbers, or file contents. Stripe never receives ACH file contents.
Account data
When you create an account, Supabase Auth stores your email, password credentials in protected form, and confirmation/recovery data. ACHReady stores your name, optional company, saved validation summaries, and any bank profile you enter. Saved summaries contain file names, totals, counts, statuses, and finding labels—not raw ACH records.
Paid plan data
Stripe processes payment details and returns customer, subscription, price, invoice, and status identifiers. ACHReady stores those identifiers to provide paid features. We do not receive full card numbers.
Your choices
The free local validator works without signing in. An account is required for subscriptions, saved summaries, and bank profiles. To request account deletion or a copy of account data, email hello@apptillion.com.
Security and limits
We use access controls and row-level policies to separate account data. No internet service can promise absolute security. Do not treat ACHReady as a substitute for your organization’s security program or your ODFI’s requirements.
