Privacy Policy

Information we collect

When you submit an idea request or venture early-access form, we collect the information you provide. Venture forms collect your email, role, company or team, intended use, an optional product-specific volume detail, consent time, and campaign attribution such as UTM parameters or a Google click identifier. Do not submit uploaded-document contents, property addresses, banking data, manuscript text, or confidential records through these forms.

DocketReady payment data

Stripe collects and processes payment-card and billing information for DocketReady subscriptions. Apptillion does not store card numbers. We retain the customer email and Stripe customer, subscription, price, invoice, and payment-status identifiers needed to administer access, billing, cancellation, fraud prevention, and support.

How we use your information

We use submitted information to respond, evaluate early-access demand, understand product use cases, and communicate about the specific service you requested. We do not sell your information. Form values and email addresses are never sent to analytics.

NWBO Intelligence Monitor

If you subscribe to the NWBO Intelligence Monitor, we collect your email address, consent and confirmation times, signup source, a non-reversible request fingerprint used to limit abuse, and edition-delivery records. We use this information only to confirm, deliver, deduplicate, and administer the newsletter. Every subscriber edition includes an unsubscribe link, and we do not publish or sell subscriber addresses.

RoundJoy account and payment data

For RoundJoy, we collect the account email, group name, and score or recap data you choose to save. Stripe collects and processes payment-card information; Apptillion does not store card numbers. We retain Stripe customer, subscription, invoice, and payment-status identifiers only to provide access, manage billing, prevent fraud, and provide support.

BatchLoom optional accounts

You may use the BatchLoom sample workbench without creating an account. If you choose to register, we collect your name, email address, account-security information, and acceptance of the BatchLoom Terms and Privacy Notice. Passwords are handled by Supabase Auth and are not stored by Apptillion in readable form.

If you buy a BatchLoom Founding Print Pack, Stripe collects and processes payment-card and billing information. Apptillion does not store card numbers. We retain your early-access intake, Stripe customer and payment identifiers, and payment status to fulfill the order, prevent fraud, issue refunds, and provide support.

Data storage

Form submissions are stored securely via Supabase, a managed database service. We retain your information for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and fulfill any ongoing service relationship.

Cookies and analytics

Venture previews ask for permission before loading Google Analytics. If you allow it, we measure page, demo, pricing, and qualified-lead events using the product slug and hostname. We disable Google signals and ad-personalization signals in the site tag. You may decline analytics and still use the preview and early-access form.

You may request deletion of any information you have submitted by contacting us at hello@apptillion.com.
